Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations will be assessed a $25 administrative fee if received prior to February 29, 2012.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from February 29 - March 19, 2012.
- Cancellations received after March 19, 2012 are non-refundable.
- Substitutes are allowed.
